As a comprehensive family mediator, Joan will support you to address the many issues involved in negotiating the substantive, financial components needed in a separation agreement: child and spousal support, matrimonial home and its contents and the equalization of assets and debts.

Well-versed in using the same software as family law lawyers, Joan will support you both in speaking directly with one another. If any matter requires greater expertise, Joan will draw upon her accounting, actuarial or legal associates.
